Location & boundaries
Roughly bounded by Okanagan Lake to the west, Highway 97 (Harvey Avenue) to the south, Clement Avenue to the north and Richter Street to the east. It adjoins Kelowna North and the North End, with Kelowna South just beyond Harvey.

A walkable, mixed-use district where residents, office workers and tourists share the lakefront boardwalks, patios and event spaces. The area is busiest in summer around the beaches and Bernard Avenue.
