Tridenta rises straight off the sand at Febronio Uribe 170, in the middle of Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone — one of the last prime beachfront corridors left in the city. Tower A is 29 storeys and 312 residences, from studios to three-bedroom corner homes, every one with a private terrace. Five heated pools sit in a private beach club at ground level; a heated infinity pool and sky bar sit at the top. Presale starts around $300,000 USD, and the developer's discount grows the more you pay during construction.
Actually beachfront
Not "beach access," not a shuttle. The tower sits on the sand — the beach club, the pools and Banderas Bay are all downstairs from your unit.
Two price points, one building
Every floor splits between Vista Bahía facing the bay and Vista Sierra facing the mountains. Same building, same finishes, same amenities — Sierra just costs meaningfully less.
A developer that has finished a building here
The same team delivered Harbor171, already standing in Puerto Vallarta. Architecture is by GVA Arquitectos, one of Mexico's most established firms.
Discounts for paying during construction
Four payment plans. The more you fund before delivery, the deeper the discount — up to 15% off list on the most front-loaded schedule.
In the rental-demand corridor
The Hotel Zone is the centre of Puerto Vallarta's vacation-rental market, which is why lock-and-leave owners keep buying here rather than further out.
Finished to a real spec
Marble floors, quartz counters, fully equipped kitchens, tempered-glass doors and inverter A/C, in a concrete and reinforced-steel structure.

Why the Hotel Zone
Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone is the strip everything else in the city orbits — the most-used beaches, the restaurant and nightlife districts, the marina, and a straight run to the international airport for owners flying in from Canada.
It's also where the city's vacation-rental demand concentrates. Walkable to everything, close to the airport, in the strongest rental corridor: that combination is why beachfront land here rarely comes back to market. Tridenta sits on one of the last unbuilt pieces of it.
The residences
Tower A holds 312 homes across 29 floors: studios, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom-plus-den, and three-bedroom corner residences. Total areas run from about 453 to 1,631 sq ft (42–152 m²), and every single one has a private terrace.
The finish level is genuinely high — marble flooring, quartz countertops, fully equipped kitchens, tempered-glass doors and inverter air conditioning throughout, in a concrete and reinforced-steel structure.

Bay view or mountain view — the decision that sets your price
This is the choice that matters most at Tridenta. Every level is split between two orientations. Vista Bahía faces Banderas Bay: ocean panorama, Pacific sunsets off the terrace. Vista Sierra faces the green Sierra Madre foothills.
Same tower, same finishes, same amenity deck — but Vista Sierra opens meaningfully lower. If the view is the reason you're buying, go Bahía. If you want the address and the beach club at the best possible entry price, Sierra is the value play. Higher floors in both orientations are limited and tend to go first in each release.
Amenities that behave like a resort
At ground level, a private beach club wraps five heated pools in landscaping, with loungers, shaded cabanas and direct access to the sand. Gardens, a firepit lounge and sundecks fill out the rest of the outdoor program.
Inside there's a full fitness centre and two tennis/pádel courts. And on level 29, the rooftop delivers the showpiece — a heated infinity pool and Sky Bar Lounge looking across the whole bay. Arrival runs through an elegant lobby with 24/7 security and controlled access.

Who builds it
Tridenta comes from the team behind Harbor171, a beachfront condominium project already completed and occupied in Puerto Vallarta — which means their track record here is something you can go and stand in front of rather than take on faith.
Design is by GVA Arquitectos, one of Mexico's most prestigious architecture firms, and the construction spec is carried consistently across all 312 residences of the first tower.

Four ways to pay, four different prices
The developer prices Tridenta on a sliding scale: the more of the purchase you fund during construction, the bigger the discount off list.
Plan 1 earns 15% off — 30% at contract, 25% spread over 30 monthly payments during construction, 45% at delivery. Plan 2 earns 10% — a staged 30% down over the first four months, 20% across 18 monthly payments, 50% at delivery. Plan 3 earns 5% — 30% down, 5% at six months, 5% at twelve, 60% at delivery. Plan 4 is list price at 30% down and 70% at delivery.
The promise-of-sale contract is signed within 10 days of your purchase request, and that's what locks your unit and your price. Terms are the developer's and can change without notice.
Who this actually suits
Tridenta works for lock-and-leave vacation owners who want the beach without the maintenance of a house, for buyers relocating or retiring to Vallarta, and for Canadians looking to hold real estate outside the domestic market in a corridor with real rental demand.
It suits you less if you want a quiet, low-density pocket — this is a 29-storey building in the busiest part of the city, and that is precisely the point of it.

How buying works
Four developer plans, priced by how much you pay before delivery: 15% off (30% at contract, 25% over 30 months of construction, 45% at delivery), 10% off (staged 30% down, 20% over 18 months, 50% at delivery), 5% off (30% down, 5% at six months, 5% at twelve, 60% at delivery), or list price at 30/70. Your promise-of-sale contract is signed within 10 days of the purchase request and locks both the unit and the price.

Good questions to ask.
If yours isn't here, ask a Renanza advisor directly — every conversation is no-obligation.
Where exactly is the building?
Febronio Uribe 170, in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone, directly on the beachfront — minutes from the main beaches, the restaurant and nightlife districts and the marina, with a quick run to the international airport.
What's the difference between Vista Bahía and Vista Sierra?
Orientation, and price. Every floor is split between the two. Bahía faces Banderas Bay with ocean views and sunsets; Sierra faces the Sierra Madre mountains and starts meaningfully lower. Same building, same finishes, same amenities.
What sizes are available?
Studios through three-bedroom corner residences, roughly 453 to 1,631 sq ft (42–152 m²) in total area. Every residence includes a private terrace.
What comes standard in the unit?
Marble floors, quartz countertops, a fully equipped kitchen, tempered-glass doors and inverter-type air conditioning, in a concrete and reinforced-steel building.
Is parking included?
No — parking is available on site but sold separately from the residence. Ask us for current availability and pricing when you're comparing units.
Why are the prices in pesos?
Because the developer sets and contracts them that way. The USD figures on this page are indicative conversions for reference only; your actual contract is in MXN and the rate on the day will differ.
When does it deliver?
The developer has not published a delivery date, so we won't quote one. What is documented is the payment structure, which implies roughly a 30-month construction window on the longest plan. We confirm the current construction timeline with the developer when you enquire.

Decide bay or mountain, then tell us your budget
That one choice narrows the building fast. Register below with your preferred orientation, bedroom count and budget, and we send back what's actually available on those floors right now.
Talk it through with a Renanza advisor
One call, no obligation. We answer the questions a web page can't — what's genuinely available this week, how the numbers work for your situation, and whether this project is even the right fit before you spend more time on it.
Pick your payment plan
This is where real money is made or lost at Tridenta — the spread between list and the 15% plan is significant. We model all four schedules against your cash flow so you can see the true cost of each, in pesos and in Canadian dollars.
Sign the promise-of-sale and lock your price
The contract is signed within 10 days of your purchase request, holding both your specific unit and its price. We coordinate the developer, the notary and the fideicomiso setup, and stay on the file through delivery and deed.
Enquire about Tridenta Towers
