North Delta is the largest and most populous of Delta's communities, a diverse suburban area in the municipality's northeast. It is bordered by Burns Bog and the Fraser River and made up of several residential neighbourhoods.

In northeast Delta, bordering Surrey to the east at Scott Road (120th Street), the Fraser River to the north, and Burns Bog and Highway 91 to the west.
History
The area was originally founded as Annieville, site of British Columbia's first commercial salmon cannery in 1870, and grew into a large suburban community.
