About Me
Buying or selling a home can be a really stressful and emotional experience. There are many parties involved, including appraisers, home inspectors, property managers, contractors, bankers, mortgage loan officers, and government agencies, all needing coordination. This is where my job as a realtor comes in. I am your workhorse, coordinating the whole process for you, my client.
At different points in the sales/buying process, as your real estate agent, I am simultaneously a salesperson, a buyer’s advocate, an analyst, a business manager, a consultant, a negotiator, and a marketer, just to name a few. My life experience and education has prepared me to be the right person for the job.
I have a Bachelors degree in Business, hold a CPA designation, worked as Business Advisor at Douglas College, owned and sold 2 businesses. I have lived and worked in Surrey, Coquitlam, downtown Vancouver, East Vancouver, and in North Vancouver, for the last 15 years. I have participated in many real estate transactions including my own. All of these add up to a wealth of experience that I can put to work for you.
