Henry comes from a long history of various facets of real estate and small business in BC’s Interior cities. Henry’s family relocated to the interior city of Kamloops BC from a large grain and livestock operating farm in Southern Saskatchewan. Henry then went on to purchase his first property in Kamloops at age 19. …“ I recall the 1st time I purchased a property I was still living at my folks home, so I put it up for rent. A nice couple showed up and asked …” So where are your parents?” I smiled looking straight at them, and said, “I’m the owner!” I’ll never forget the look on their faces as they looked at me while smiling back and said, ‘Ok let’s go see it”. I rented to them and they were great tenants! Ever since then, I never looked back. I knew I had to be in real estate ownership and investing. Once you experience it, you’ll never give it up!

Henry went on to form a partnership and company with a close friend. Together they opened more small businesses in his 20’s including a Tobacco Magazine, a Lottery center, and two Tobacco|Magazine| variety stores PLUS a music store selling and repairing and renting Instruments for live entertainment. Although his yearning was always to buy more real estate, he attended what is now TRU University, education in Law, Economics, and Accounting all while being married and happily raising (3) children!

Henry’s appetite to own real estate never went away. He went on to own more investment houses, duplexes, townhouses, and various areas of the city after he obtained his real estate license in 1989. Henry then went back to UBC Vancouver to obtain the Managing Brokers license in 1991. Henry’s achievements include being in the TOP 10 Performing Agents for many years in the interior including being voted #2 Agent in 2000, and #1 Agent in 2001!
